In Carbs We Trust Stacked Tee | Funny Anti-Diet Shirt for Dietitians & Intuitive Eaters

In carbs we trust. Diet rules, not so much.

A bold, funny anti-diet shirt for anyone who is done with diet culture. Bread, pasta, rice, potatoes. They have fed people for thousands of years, and a 30 day challenge is not changing that. This tee is for everyone who figured out carbs were never the problem, and wants the shirt to say it loudly.

Wear it to clinic, the long run, brunch, the family holiday table, or anywhere that needs a gentle reminder that food has no moral value.

Perfect for: dietitians and RD2Bes, nutrition students, intuitive eaters, runners who carb load on purpose, anyone rebuilding trust with food, and the person in your life who has opinions about pasta night.

A dietitian gift they will actually wear

Shopping for a gift for a dietitian? This anti-diet tee is an easy yes for registered dietitians, dietetic interns, and non-diet and intuitive eating providers. It works for graduation, National Nutrition Month, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Day, a holiday gift exchange, or just because.
